Project Insight VersionThe Quinjets utilized on the Helicarriers are more heavily armed than standard Quinjets, utilizing missiles mounted onto each wing as well as smaller missiles, as well as racks of large missiles. Avengers VersionThe Avengers Quinjet shares some similar characteristics with its S.H.I.E.L.D. predecessors. Like the later versions of S.H.I.E.L.D. Quinjets, the Avengers Quinjet possesses cloaking technology, but far more advanced than what S.H.I.E.L.D. employs. It possesses similar weapon systems like a GAU-17/A Gatling Gun. It does possess advanced auto-piloting systems (which is really J.A.R.V.I.S.) as well as a cargo bay capable of carrying the entire Avengers team to wherever they are needed. There is also a , which can be dropped down near the ground.

The Quinjet also has a variety of weapons, the most prominent of which is a GAU-17/A Gatling Gun mounted on the underside at the front of the jet.
